I knew someone on it yesterday & received his unsuccessful phone call earlier this morning. He is very disappointed but all he can do is to dust himself down & try again.

It will mean something along the lines of whether you are a dual referee / ar at step 3/4, specialist referee or specialist ar... I don't have the actual codes.

Those new level 4s: has your refereeing level updated on your FAN account page? Already know I’ve slipped through the cracks once so not sure if it has happened again!
