The Ref Stop

Scott Arfield Red Card

And if the coin landed the other way the away team would have kicked into the gale first half
Anyone wants to stand by in a mass con, fine
I will be wading in where apt
And if that was me in the net, I would dare my AR to come on.
Also, looking back, if am referring to Graeme, I could have said pages ago it was horrendous officiating and true to form you would have praised it. It really does seem at times you and me officiate a different sport. You happy with your diagnosis, fine, rest assured am orgasmic with mine.
The advice we get is not to wade into a mass con. I don't know why you get this sense of righteousness - literally all I'm saying is that there is a standard instruction for this kind of situation and I think the official here probably should have followed it. And that we should be advising any new ref's who read this thread to follow the standard instructions as well - they're there for a reason!

I'll happily disagree with anyone on this forum who posts things that are wrong or are poor advice to new referees. If you feel like I'm disproportionately disagreeing with your posts, it probably just means you're posting a greater degree of poor advice than others. And I'll say the same thing to you that I say to players who for some reason think I turn up biased against them - I'm literally just calling what I see.

And, as other refs from my country have stated, the advice given to us is if we feel comfortable jumping in, then do so. I cant argue with whatever learning you have where you are from, it be appreciated if you accepted, if not agreed, with the education dished out here
You dont need to know personally my role in my association, but, to put it in general terms, I hold a very responsible role interacting with new referees and have previously been a new enterants tutor, so, if anybody is going to deem my advice as wrong, when it comes from my association, I will listen, when it comes from you, without trying to be disrespectful, am deaf.
Given I dont type anything of note to your eyes I have prev typed, just block me, but instead your version of porn is to belittle whatever I type,
Its boring now, and was months ago
To go further, without stalking your posts, you deem my advice as poor, well I dont think you actually post advice of your own, simply be critical of mine
You want to take nothing from my posts, fine, ignore them
I have forgotten more about the game than the knowledge or, experience that you actually have.
Double figures of our top level refs have been mentored or at least observed by me, including our newest fifa badge member who was a student of mine.
They seem to be doing fine.

And without me looking back, the person to apply this clip to new refs was you. My praise for the handling of the situation comes from the clip in question. Nowhere in my posts do i say, hey newbies this is how to do it. What I do say is, this was handled perfectly in the clip in question.
