I don’t disagree. Is that a benefit or a hindrance of VAR? I feel referees at that level don’t make the big calls anymore and rely on VAR to make the call.

The result is only clear cut decisions being made. That maybe a good thing or it maybe a bad thing. Who knows?

Not sure I understand that comment, the referee had two big decisions to make and he made them both on-pitch with no help from VAR.
