Violent conduct - excessive force or brutality

This ‘strike/push’, which was it closer to? brutality or negligible?

Violent Conduct - excessive force or brutality or non-negligible face/head contact with hand/arm.

The law is not asking us to decide whether it's closer to brutality or negligible, it's asking us to penalise as VC either when there's brutality or when there's any contact to the head or face with the hand or arm that is not negligible.

I still believe it was negligible contact to the back of the neck, is that still classified as head?

For me the better outcome is two AA cautions.

For me, the neck is still an unnecessary area (not that any shove is necessary) but it's the fact that Vini Jr has to reach a fair bit up to make contact where he does. If he was a really tall guy and that was a natural outreach for him, I'd be inclined to have a touch more sympathy.

I recall while watching the clip with the incident, the referee also gives a yellow card to the Valencia goalie. Or was it overturned? The ref went back to the VAR box and also handed a red card to Vinicius. Goalie's pat was on the back and it didn't look like what you would call violent conduct. But the keeper probably had done something to provoke Vini Junior, so he gave him a push to the head. I'm not sure if the keeper should've gotten a YC but I can say that Vinicius's RC is correct. VC for that.

Im guessing the cards were for the mass con that occurred when the ref attempted to go thr monitor for the first time. He had to leave the screen to sort it out and then go back to it to review the sending off.
