Nope. All working well for me.

Not had this issue myself, although I don't use any pro features or even game recording features, it's just a timer for me.

My issue with the app is the battery drain. Fully charged watch (Apple Watch SE) would last me a day of normal use, flat in under 90 mins using RefSix. I've upgraded my watch as it was getting on a bit, so still waiting to see if my next game is any better with it. The app feels quite wobbly in general though when trying to manually input game data.

Can I ask what you use it for personally? Sounds like you use the fitness/performance tracking side of it, do you also do cards/goals/subs with it? And what watch do you use it on?

Not gonna lie, in the 6 years I’ve been using it, can’t say I’ve encountered a single problem, other than problems I’ve caused.

Hi. I’ve been on pro version for 1 year. No problems for me. I’m on Apple Watch 6. I have seen on Facebook groups that some people appear to have had issues since a recent update. If you have a Facebook account search “REFSIX user group “. Good luck.

Yep, the battery is what caused an issue for me. I used to have to bring a power bank and the charging cable to try and charge a bit at half time, or in the event of back to back games (which is all the time) between the games as well.

Upgrading the watch at the time meant I could get away with a charge between games.

Can’t say I’ve had the same battery draining issue. I’m on series 5 apple watch and can get through a game no problem with battery remaining.

Only issues I’ve had with data is from inside venues.

I have absolutely no idea why it goes wrong for me constantly. I change nothing between matches, I upload the games push them to the watch, then when I finish the match I push finished matches back to my phone. It just does not seem to work well with the Garmin app it seems.
Out of 24 matches this season, I have failed to have GPS data from 10 of them. Either GPS pushed from the app to my watch/strava even if it shows on the app. Or no data at all.

I really enjoy using it but struggling to justify the cost if I am not getting the statistics I am interested in.

It's also now been 8 days since I emailed with no response (other than the automated one).

Apple watch batteries have a short charge even when brand new, and they deteriorate quickly over time, same can be said of their iPhones for that matter. You can just get the battery replaced though for about £50 rather than having to get a new model.

Yep, good shout on that.

Although the initial watch I had was like Series 3 at the time when Series 6 had just come out, so was due for an upgrade anyways.

I noticed with mine that if I saved any matches to my watch so that I could 'sync' them to my phone later, then the statistics don't save. Whereas if I save them directly to my phone then I have no issues whatsoever.

Refsix does have it's problems from time to time but they tend to be fixed pretty quickly in my experience.

I make the matches on my phone, and then upload teamsheets etc before sending to watch. Is that what you mean?

No issues for me, 56 matches this season all synced via Apple Watch SE & IPhone, no GPS issues either.

Just upgraded to Apple Watch Ultra 2, two 90 minutes matches this morning/afternoon, battery now at 73%.

I’d recommend only pressing end match or send to phone (forget the exact wording) when you have your phone open and on the refsix page if you aren’t already doing so. See if that helps

I had issues with distance tracking and turns out I need my phone on airplane mode so as not to interfere with the watch GPS.

Email their support, they usually respond pretty quickly: contact@refsix.com

Brilliant socials... no response to my support request in 10 days. Including a chasing email 4 days ago.

I guess email customer support is a big lottery wherever you go. I get responses quite quickly from r6. I had similar issues to yours in the Summer: how old is your watch? Turns out my at the time 5 year old samsung watch was no longer supported for updates (what a surprise)

Never had any issues with battery, the only issue I get is at a particular venue which has the 4g signal of a nuclear bunker and I can’t get the game to load on my phone.

If you have Twitter/X, DM them on there, I always get a really quick response on there!

Recently had an issue in which it’s still considering some games as “live” even when they’ve been uploaded to the phone. I don’t know if this is a known thing? Does it fail to upload if not on wifi or something?
