As I understand it the new kit is not even with elite refs at the minute. Friendly matches at the weekend using last seasons kit.
my mate up here (2B) got it last week

By a stroke of luck, all your existing kit didn't spontaneously combust on April 30th.
Thankfully I have a more progressive County FA who permit green or the berry red/pink kits too.Esp in England, where black must be worn for fear of explusion

Wanting to wear multiple colours isn't choosing style over substance?Esp in England, where black must be worn for fear of explusion

I moved county last season, so am still turning up to matches in Sussex wearing an Essex badge. I'll admit players don't generally notice/care, but other officials and observers do. A poor first impression with observers when going for promotion is something I'd much rather avoid - I'm glad the lack of available kit doesn't bother you, but it's excessively glib to pretend this isn't a failure.By a stroke of luck, all your existing kit didn't spontaneously combust on April 30th.
… but unfortunately my waistline did spontaneously expand!By a stroke of luck, all your existing kit didn't spontaneously combust on April 30th.
3 x £45 here. 50 if you want long sleeves. I’ll stick to last seasons kitNot having to also add 4 x £30 kits in all sorts of interesting colours is an important saving in that context.
I have a plain black Nike tracksuit I got last year in the sale. Think it was £50. Badge online was £6. Sorted.I really don't like all that 'lemon' coloured aspect of the training kit. I'll probably to continue to swerve that clobber as I'm a fashion setter
I've gone for the black and grey version. I won't be seen dead in volt.I really don't like all that 'lemon' coloured aspect of the training kit. I'll probably to continue to swerve that clobber as I'm a fashion setter

Yeh I can add a few years on to 22.Unless you're under the age of about 22 then volt is a no no for me! Also, I don't want attention and the beat way to avoid attention is to not dress in illuminous colours!
I bought my 2 kits over 5 years ago. I then bought another long sleeve one about 3 years ago and these are the 3 shirts I have (all black). 2 sets of shorts and 4 pairs of socks. I dont want to buy new kit just because it'd the latest. Nobody cares which years kit you have. But I've done 286 games in those 3 kits, so that's alot of washes and they've held up remarkably well. Unfortunately they're all starting to degrade at the same time and getting a Nike kit is impossible. I will get the Kelme kit if my others disintegrate before any Nike shirts become available, but I will avoid if possible.
You mean the one with strips of colour around the pockets and neck buttons? Can't decide if I really like that or really don't!I’ve got an old short sleeved Nike top, a newer long sleeve version and then a new Joma kit for this season.
Joma kit is VERY comfortable and a fraction of the cost of the Nike.
Yes, a lot of our refs did a bulk order so many down here have it.You mean the one with strips of colour around the pockets and neck buttons? Can't decide if I really like that or really don't!
That’s the one, I would rather it didn’t have the splashes of colour but the fit and feel of the kit is really nice. You mean the one with strips of colour around the pockets and neck buttons? Can't decide if I really like that or really don't!
