Assume those that didn't remain on the
promotion pathway to be considered at the end of the season? Perhaps more will be taken in Feb? When the steps 5/6 and above promotions occur?

I don't understand that. 7-to-6 had nought to do with mid-season promotion. Mid-season was 5-to-4 and above AFAIK

Nottinghamshire moved them to October
