That's a lot of difference between the ref and the assistants.

Is the difference always that big? I can undertand a £20 difference but to be on nearly double seems unfair.

This season Birmingham County FA have mandated assistant fees are only 50% of the refs fees and got rid of expenses.

To be honest, I didn't check the AR amounts. They may well have been paid £45 ...

That's all well and good as long as they can keep meeting their quota of ARs. Supply and demand...

Was £53/£34 last season, so I guess £65/£45 are the new contrib fees?

That's a big jump, and very much appreciated. I can ref L4 and get 36-45 or line and get 45...specialising looking more appealing!
