Yellow cards (YCs) and warnings are not carried forward into kicks from the penalty mark (KFPM)
Was to avoid the embarrassment of sending off GKs for leaving early. Would have made more sense to remove the caution for leaving early, which never made sense in the first place. So now a field player can get two USB or dissent cautions and remain in the KFTM, which is really, really stupid. (Not that I have a strong opinion on this or anything…)Yes.
