I had to look this word up in the dictionary. I think you may have got the spelling wrong.

The spelling is correct - my laptop and phone are not great at spelling but "pejatorive" is correct

Am i right in thinking yellow cards already issued in normal / extra time don't carry over to KFTPM?

Yes. Changed last year I believe.

Yellow cards (YCs) and warnings are not carried forward into kicks from the penalty mark (KFPM)

Was to avoid the embarrassment of sending off GKs for leaving early. Would have made more sense to remove the caution for leaving early, which never made sense in the first place. So now a field player can get two USB or dissent cautions and remain in the KFTM, which is really, really stupid. (Not that I have a strong opinion on this or anything…)
