I had to use it the last few seasons before I got promoted and must say I liked it a lot more that yesref, especially with the fact you open your dates instead of closing them. Probably because I very often picked up games due to officials forgetting to close their open dates.

Wouldn't surprise me if we see it link into the new referee portal eventually with how close they are working with the FA which would make lives a lot easier post match.

An hour tutorial from CC and guess what no after care support offered no contacts naff all, if that's brilliant to others im happy to accept my standards of expectations are different

Spoke to a league ref sectary earlier and experience so bad so far that email system has been implemented because CC is so chaotic, worse you'll have some teams for example using CC despite notifications going out as they have obviously been done late in the day but were I guess forced upon because CC is so awful. County's just need to pull the plug of CC And get their money back there should be an agreement set in place. Good luck everyone using it becsue you'll need it if conversations ive been having this afternoon are anything to go by, trouble is when stuff is missing you wont necessarily know it

If you want an argument find it somewhere else. Replying the same complaints over and over won’t change anything, nor do they add anything to the discussion.

It’s clear you’re feeling aggrieved by what you see as their failure, although others aren’t seeing the same issues. Mixed experiences certainly, and you feel you have had the rough end of it. But others have pointed out it may be far from perfect but is improving all the time.

I find it buggy but they do fix them, mainly.
My qualifying games didn't show but they fixed that. I have an open ticket as I keep getting reminders to do things on games that happened last year or not at all!

Ditched today by county FA (apart from spares that many clubs dont use because of its problems). Finally others can see how naff the App is, unworkable and I look forward to it being completely ditched.

Admin is an important part of refing its not all about decisions on the pitch e.g.appointments and promotion can be affected by Admin. Hopefully no ref has been penalised due to CC many faults.
