How long does it take to move up levels?

Made me laugh. Now I'm waiting for someone to correct your numbers...

    Two walls

Aston Villa appear to defend the free kick with two walls. No Arsenal player is near the main wall (left) but there's an Arsenal player lurking within 1m of the other wall (right). The free kick was scored directly and allowed to stand...

    Wet Sham v United

Clubs voted against the introduction of VAR last season, citing they only wanted VAR to judge 'matters of fact'. They were told this was not possible as the VAR protocol must be adopted entirely or not at all. It looks like they've found a workaround to implement what they originally wanted.

How long does it take to move up levels?

If this forum has taught me anything, it's pedantry. Therefore, I feel it is my duty to point out that it's more like 10 laps of the centre circle. Trust me, I'm the centre circle expert (according to a lot of managers)

    Pre-match 'Respect' Handshake

Let's do a poll; no one ever posts a poll

    Additional Assistant Referees

When and why did UEFA scrap these? tbh, I didn't notice their absence (because they didn't do much) but now I think about it, I don't remember seeing them last season and I'm just curious as to where they've gone. Anyone know?

    Managers and Assistant offinabus

Yeah, there's too many Es in referee; we should get rid of a few of them and add C for communication and maybe A for assertion. We don't need to two Rs, let's remove one. Now let's make a new word. Hold one, that spells FARCE. I wonder if we can get the FA onboard with this.

    Accidentally tripping over opponents foot

If a player is running so close to an opponent that he clips his heels, I would view it as careless, even if accidental. As @Big Cat mentioned above, you tend to favour the player most likely to get to the ball first.

    OFFINABUS from player to player...

Choose the option that helps your match control. If a player has been aggressive all match, squaring up/provoking the opposition, and then uses OFFINABUS language to an opponent, this is your chance to get him off the pitch. If it's just a one-off offense, depending on the severity, you might...

You really need to contact the Youth League Welfare Officer. This person should be nowhere near youth football.

Nor v Man City - VAR?

Was the incident shown on MOTD? Because I might've missed it

    Make a decision

Agree with this. Also, I believe the laws are considered 'well written' if someone without a football background can pick up the book and interpret the laws correctly.

He sounds a bit dozy. Your pre-match talk didn't include pre-drinks, did it?

    Old Mother Riley speaks!

Does anyone actually check that the VARs stay in the video operation room because I'd just take the headset with me and go home. "Yeah, ref. Play on..."

    Red card for attacking fan:

I think he was swiping for the ball rather than striking the spectator. I can't see violent conduct in that. (Unlikely but the red could've been for OFFINABUS)
