I have noticed this season that my fitness isn't as good as it should have been (mainly because of covid). Anyone have any training regimes which help with endurance, shorts sprints, fitness and anything else I cant think of. Thanks

Just a question whats wrong with refs just wanting to line. For me personally I like lining more than middling as I enjoy it a lot more. However given a match at a higher level and current I will middle.

Depending on where you did your course, sometimes your county Fa supplies you with them. But it depends on the FA, I would recommend you go to a certain sites but its gone now so maybe try refstore.

I swear on my course my ref development officer said it had to move outside of the arch of the corner flag area, but that might not be right.
