Had this offside decision in my game last night. Was more than happy that the player was in an offside position but questioning based off this angle if he has actually impacted the keeper. You can see where I was at the end of the clip probably should have been a little bit wider.
Finally back from a great week refereeing at the Paris World Games, but something that myself and the other guys from England noticed was that the English teams struggled in the tournament for one reason or another. Speaking to them though and they would tell you it's the different style of...
I'm off to Paris next month for the world games with referee abroad and have seen that on refstop the blue and orange tops are out of stock in Mediums. Any one who's been with away with them are there other colours you recommend taking? Also does anyone know where else I could get these from? I...
Wasn't too sure how to word it but a bit of backstory. Local step 5/6 league had all of its final games played yesterday bar 1, which happened to be my fixture. Huge step 5 playoff decisive game that was postponed due to the away team not being able to field a side, and the home team needed goal...
Had my first game as a L4 last night and realised I didn't really know what to say to the managers when doing the team sheet exchange, purely because I'm used to just having them appear in the changing room. Found myself a bit lost for what to say.
What would you recommend saying to appear like...

I know this is something that is absolutely bored to death but I haven't seen any more recent opinions shared on RA's.
I know that my local RA are constantly wanting to attract the younger refs and it has attracted some new ones but it still isn't enough and I think their worry is, as it...
I've noticed this season a large increase of players deliberately getting in the way of attackers rushing in from kickoffs (I know I've explained that poorly), and slowing down their route to the ball before it is hoofed up field. This is something that to me looks like deliberate obstruction...
Everyone knows at least one difficult referee who will end up on your line, whether its a lack of interest or thinking they are going to be in the middle of a WC final one day. I just want to know what is your favourite way to reel them in and make sure it doesn't hamper your match control?
Hi all, I was at a FA CORE camp last month and we covered MD-1's but I cannot for the life of me remember everything we covered like the exercises and conditioning. If anyone who was there can remember them it would be a great help.
