Hi all,
Not sure many have suffered similar - but Sunday am (18th November) a member of the coaching staff of Team B approached me at the end of the game. Right up into my face, (very aggressively) to inform me he would track me down, find out where I live and Kill me. - Before anyone reminds...
After my Spintso S1 died I contacted them and asked about a fix and they confirmed it was faulty and needed to be replaced and I asked about and upgrades etc.
They confirmed there is a Spintso S2 Pro coming out in December (A replacement for the S1 Pro) and there maybe a S2 to replace the S1...
Forgetting the handball/not-handball debate - I though the ref was caught out a few times from his positioning - once he blocked MacAllister, he got hit by the ball, and I also think he impeeded a real madrid player too.
I have to say 10-15mins - a mix of aerobic (jogging, then shuttles such as high knees, ankle flicks etc..) and static and dynamic stretching ("open the Gate" "hamstring walk etc".) Before hand its a bit of walking around the pitch to check nets etc..
His arm is away from his body making it bigger.. So I can see why it was given. You could argue harsh, but point of contact is the forearm so by letter is a handball..
Did you get the CAR's name ? - You could put in a extordinary report and put down what the CAR said and leave it to the FA's outscorced disipline department to investigate.
Remember a lot of the discipline work now is done centrally for the County FA's by a 3rd party. Your county may not have been made aware of the incident yet. If you can I would send a coopy of the report over to your RDO/County discipline officer, this may be the 1st time they have seen the...
Just don't see why they had to use another app for appointments - I'm sure MOAS was meant to be rolled out to all.. But at least the County FA's etc have standardised on 1 platform now - I have had several in the past. My appointments officer is constantly updating mine for me as I keep picking...
There is going to be re-classification from this season 3W back to 4W like in the mens pathway from L4 "back to" L5. This is due to the amount off officials at 3W and a need to reduce and improve the quality.
Not a traditional Merit table - more of a Holistic approach and there is constant...
It's a great way for the appointment secretaries to allocate games based on your avalibility. Stops people getting a fixture and then dropping off the game. WOuld be great for it to say the league at least in the message (I know the "hack" to find out").
I know they are tryng to allign the womens pathway to match the mens - so I guess they would be looking at open age. Your RDO should be able to confirm the requirements.
If I remember correctly the initial trial on select leagues was done, and at that time it was envisiged it would be a bottom up approach. But it appears to have stopped at the semi-pro level. It was started as dissent was the highest caution code and it was meant to reduce the costs to players...
That's cause they were designed for the old school astro - the sand and rough plastic (My knees loves that surface as a kid - not...)- not the modern fibres and rubber crumb
Other thing you could try is using the edge of a step. Place your toes on the edge and stand on tip toes to tighten and release the calf's. Or videos on youtube like -
As with the observation marks etc - there has to be a cut off. With the fitness tests you get 4 attempts - which is too many - but does give you further options to get through it..
As menioned your be expected to travel - depending on your area. In my region (South West) I am lucky to have a couple of local teams - but I have done round trips of 100+ miles as well.. There is a cap on mileage for the clubs and the FA pick up the rest of the bill...
With the pathway...
