Then you've got players going down with head injuries in penalty areas that actually dont have head injuries but force game to be stopped AND they get possession of the ball.
Lots of game management that IFAB could quite literally deal with by means of players not allowed near touchline if players go down injured. Head injuries force player off for proper assessment - i mean they thought they were that hurt to stay down and force the game to be stopped rather than just get up and continue.
