@Ross posted in here yesterday saying that he had done some work behind the scenes, mentioned something about Bing, and then said it should be working better but to let him know if we had any problems. 5 mins later I got the Resource limit reached message. 10 mins later I got back on and Ross's post had disappeared 😆

Thanks for all the work you're doing though Ross! I'm sure you'll get the answer eventually!

I have noticed the bots no longer appear in the new members section. We have gone from a dozen new members a day to one or two new 'real' members a day. But I suspect the old bots are still here as total members have not decreased. Anyway I'm sure Ross the boss will figure it out.

Was really hoping no one noticed that!! im getting there slowly, its slightly less painful now anyway. Overall performance of the site should have improved though
 
I know I’ve said it before, but I think im ready for the server move. Bit more testing to be done over the weekend, so providing that doesn’t cause any issues I’ll be looking to move over to it.
 
And were back! Much less painful this time. DNS behaved itself and the database migration went through very smoothly. You may still experience a few issues over the next 24/48 hours but all will be well soon. This should also stop the resource limit reached issue

No worries Ross.
Work stuff did get in the way once or twice today but I frequent other (non football/refereeing) forums as well so I got through it. :D

Not sure what @JamesL did during the outage - probably clicked on a few LOTG modules - the utter swat!! 🙄:D
