Which would have been the worse thing that they could have done and would deserve any punishment thrown at them. However, they would have been entitled if they hadn’t done so, to have voiced a constructive opinion to the Referee at half time as to why they consider the game should not continue for the 2nd half, though with the scoreline as it was & down to 10, it would not have been a surprise that this was gamesmanship, though still not easy for the Referee to deal with.Would also like to add the player doing the 'interesting' slide tackle in this clip is a NW player, and if it was so unplayable pull your players off at half time and force an abandonment. Not that I condone that sort of behaviour.
IMO if they truly believed that playing on that pitch was a safety issue, they should have shown the courage of their convictions to either walk off entirely, or just refuse to compete and allow their opponents to play unchallenged. Continuing to compete and then wanting the result quashed is pure hypocrisy.Which would have been the worse thing that they could have done and would deserve any punishment thrown at them.
I presumed this is what they had done to lose 11-0or just refuse to compete and allow their opponents to play unchallenged.

Stansted must be terrible to have only scored 8 in the second half thenI presumed this is what they had done to lose 11-0![]()
Unless they formally lodged a protest with the referee whilst the game was still ongoing they won't even be able to appeal. Also supposedly there was a league rep and an observer at the game so even more likely for them to laugh the appeal away
