Hi i had my first observation yesterday as an assistant, i got a score of 72, just wondering what i can do to improve if im going for promotion on these or whether these are good enough for the promotion scheme

Was there any development points within the report & if so, what were they?
 
As with most AR observations… read the development points, introduce the suggestions to your game if appropriate, then throw file in the bin email archive.

Unfortunately, unless you are a L4 in the mens game there isn't really any progression as an assistant, due to there not being promotions for just an assistant until then.
(not too sure how it works in the womens game)

It was more just for an observation, I know i cannot be a specialist until then but in the women's game you start at L4 and can progress to W3 but if your a L5 in the mens game your automatically a W3
