Fairly straightforward red card offence. Easy to after watching the clip but blowing up after the first uncontrolled lunge would avoid this tackle being made. Once the offender makes that 2nd tackles there can only be 1 colour card though!

The player sent to the sin bin cannot be replaced until their 10 minutes is up. However, a substitute that is cautioned for dissent can be bought on whenever the manager wishes as their dissent is not punished with any kind of sin bin.

Assuming you don't blow your whistle until the ball enters the goal, I'd drop it to the keeper. Play is stopped once the ball enters the goal, so closest position of the ball would be 99% over the goal line and therefore within the penalty area.
