It was a promising break as it was a 3v2 on half way, but winger was too slow to take full advantage. Think maybe call the captain of both teams over and explain to them the situation to aid with match control?

I've given a couple similar to them before. Just because he didn't fall doesn't mean it wasn't a foul, the attacker was still put at a disadvantage due to the defender tripping him.
