anyone in the know when they’ll release the promotions this month?

I don't think anyone knows, even the FA, at the moment, but my best guess would be that it'll perhaps be on Friday 29th May, which is when the level 4-3 and 3-2 assessment days have been held and the FA can send a list out of everything in one go.

Your county fa will normally say if they have nominated you.
Then FA will confirm if you have been selected.

County FA should confirm when you should hear by off The FA as well if nominated.

Was 22nd May last year the 5-4 emails came out from The FA, but know this may be later this year with the L3 Assessment Day date.
