The ref looks like he should avoid fast food outlets on his way to grounds too!
 
I was a keeper before I became a ref, I had a centre half who would routinely do stuff like this when passing back to me. I told him it was against the LOTG.

Not once did a referee blow up!!!
 
This is one of the specific practices given as an example in 1992 when the amendment on using a deliberate trick to circumvent Law 12 was introduced.

According to FIFA circular # 488, issued July 24,1992:
Examples of such tricks would include: a player who deliberately flicks the ball with his feet up onto his head in order to head the ball to his goalkeeper ...

I can't believe the ref didn't call this.
