No, as law defines dissent as protests against a match official's decision.

The Text that Alex posted in this thread seems to loosely cover it (although I don’t know where that’s taken from) other than that as I’ve already said I am confident he knew who said it So if maybe not concrete in law it is IMHO what football expects and aligned with the clamp down on dissent.
 
Call the captain over, explain that you felt that comment directed at you was dissent, and that if he doesn't reign in his players they will be sin binned. Or if you feel as if you have been implied to be a cheat, then inform the captain that the next time you hear similar language, you will be dismissing the said player.
