Yeah it doesn't really matter, and if you wear the badge before the 6 games people will think that you are more experienced than you actually are (bonus)!!

Just a normal Sunday game, my kit with a tracksuit top/jumper on top, as you get higher up you might get asked to turn up in a shirt and tie, but not for a while.

Wish they told us this stuff on the course!!

Yeah that happened to me, I had to contact them about it and then got it a few days later.

Adam, for what it's worth, I know I was jumping the gun but I decided to order my kit from A+H (who do embroidered badges). I didn't want to order a kit and then either sew a badge on or order another kit, so I got my kit with the embroidered CFA badge. I wore this to my first game. No one knew. As has been said, it came across as if I had been doing it longer than I had. After my first game I did seriously wonder if it had been money well spent as I had such a nightmare game (actually the players did, my game was fine) that I wasn't really sure I would even progress to my second game. Luckily I stayed with it and it was the best decision I made.
