We have spoken about players having their hands in a natural position if somebody is going to kick the ball at them from close range.

Going away from goal a factor too, why would you make your body bigger?

Thoughts?

Just from the still she's leaning back and your arms go up for balance not this high usually though!
love a natural position for her movement justification but a big stretch here

Had the ball been kicked by an opponent, I'd have seen a case for an unnatural position handball to be given here. However, given that it was blasted towards her from close range by a team mate then general guidance would suggest no offence here.

The arm first goes up rather independently of her overall body movement. Defenders should know by now that it's a big risk to have arms so far outstretched in the penalty area.

I find it that in lower levels of the game, especially in the women games, in order to avoid handball players move their hands away from their body and often above shoulder. But at a pro level, yes players should know better.
