OK. Probably just promoting their own cause. But in US refereeing is not very popular because of all the abuse that comes with it. Whether its baseball, football, soccer there is always that screeming from parents and coaches in the US. I guess in the UK the refs don't mind. But when I went to recent promotion stuff and watching Howard Webb doing podcasts etc, the FAs message is UK Ref recruitment/retention is in a good place.
