Thoughts about the penalty Anthony Taylor rules out for handball?

My instinct is he’s spot on because the arm moves towards the ball to control it but his body doesn’t move in the way you would if controlled with the shoulder.

Around four mins:

Ah, my bad, thought it was the T of the shirt was the line for handball, but looking at the graphic in the LOTG it's the line of the armpit, so correct decision by Taylor.

Bottom of the armpit, not a T-shirt sleeve unless you have very short T-shirt sleeves!

So probably a correct decision to call as handball.
