So Gary Neville was appointed as the new coach of the England Ladies team.
For me this could be a good appointment, he has played at the highest level, and he has been first team coach at Manchester United, caretaker at Salford City (doesn't really count), and assistant manager during an unsuccessful stint at Valencia.
Now people are sharing some tweets made years ago on twitter, but that is par for the course.
What are people's thoughts on this? I guess the only real negative is that he hasn't been involved in the women's game before, but, at the end of the day football is football, and a good coach should be able to adapt, although he will of course have people around him who have more experience in the women's game.
