During a match this afternoon I heard a player go up to a team mate and say “take her out”, her team mate look confused. The player then continued “you know the one, slide her” the team mate smiled, then nodded and walked away. I spent the rest of the match then waiting for a bad challenge to go in on someone but fortunately it never came.
So this left me with 2 questions:
1. Is simply hearing this enough to warrant a card to the player who suggested it?
2. If the team mate did take them out my view is that it would have been a red for endangering the safety of an opponent as this would have been a targeted attempt to take a player out of the game, would I be correct in saying this or would it still be dependent on the nature of the challenge?
