He has an odd method of signalling the penalty sort of run around a few players then stand on the spot....on the replay you can see the dragging foot of the striker initiating contact too.

If they (FA etc) started to take action after the match for diving we would see a lot less of it. For me it should be classed as a red card offence and banned accordingly.

Could have saved a lot of bother by giving a free kick against the attacker when the ball is first played into the box.

They would have to start with Jamie Vardy and his emphatic "fall" over the Spanish goalkeeper. Never seen a player go up before they start to go down when they have been fouled.
