Moby Push Up Challenge

I have an evil endurance challenge for you fellow refs :devil:

It's a push up endurance test called the Moby challenge!

1. Download or load up the song "Moby - Flower"
2. Start in the press up position.
3. Every time they sing "Up" you extend your arms and go to the top of the press-up position.
4. Every time they sing "Down" you bend your arms and do a press up and hold this position until up is sung.
5. You should only move up or down when the song tells you to.

I gave it a go today got past the second set (x5) and the verse bit afterwards but I couldn't keep going, didn't feel too bad for a first attempt though. Like Sheff ref said it will take some work.

I made my own variation of it for sit ups:
1. Lay down on your back, finger tips on ears with your legs flat and preferably a weight on top too stop you lifting them.
2. When it says up stay lying down.
3. When it says down lift your upper body up to about 45 degrees and hold till it says up.
4. Repeat it for as long as you can
5. When you can do it for the whole song either repeat the song or do it with weights attached to you.

It's seems like it will work. But it is untested over a long period of time :)
 
One of our Physical Training Instructors did an entire hours lesson on this one day, we did squats, press ups, sit ups everything to it. I must have heard that song 40+ times! I never want to hear it again.
