Added time is quite clearly laid out now to be accounted for specific things.What are peoples thoughts on the additional time of 3 mins in the 2nd period, when there was plenty of timewasting and about 6 substitutions ?
I hope I'm not wrong in saying this, but those things are:
Actual time taken for substitutions
Actual time taken for goal celebrations minus 30 seconds. (so if the goal celebration lasted 45 seconds, 15 seconds would be added.
Actual time taken for a red card.
Actual time taken for an on field injury assessment by a physio.
'other time taken for deliberate time wasting'.
Other stoppages aren't added.
I'm guessing the top 4 were measured excactly, which then leaves the 5th one open to interpretation. Should we being adding an approximate amount for general slow play? Or should we only be adding a very specific amount for a situation which results in us cautioning for delaying the restart?
