Following a recent job interview that @Padfoot thought went particularly well, he was surprised to find he hadn't got the position due to some un-favourable comments from an old boss.

Blind with rage he called the boss in question and bellowed one of his favourite phases down the phone...THATS WEAK REFEREEING!
