Well currently no-one seems to know how VAR is supposed to be used as it in one game is involved in changing a decision and in the next game it doesn't. The rules need to be more clearer as I think we have all come to blows in disagreeing if it's working or not.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. It's inherent in the way VAR is supposed to be used (as laid out in the law) that sometimes it's involved in a decision being reviewed (and potentially changed) and sometimes it isn't.

That's because in one game you'll have a decision that in the VAR's view, constituted a clear and obvious error and in the next game you'll have a decision that didn't.
