Long time lurker, first time poster

Hi all,

Have been reading these threads for ages but now thought it was a good time to get invovled. I'm a level 7 ref in London and am applying for promotion this year on the fast track (straight to 5) scheme, though obviously if I just make it to 6 that'll be great!

I'm also an Indianapolis Colts fan in the 'other' form of football, hence the name on here!

It's almost certainly not called that, but that was just my shorthand for applying to go from level 7 to level 5 in one promotion cycle.
