I think in UEFA competitions you expect that to stand as a penalty but in the Premier League where natural position, arms unnaturally bigger all come into play, I'm surprised it wasn't reviewed personally.
I don't think there is an obvious unnatural movement towards the ball either. It does feel a harsh decision.

Exactly. He knew the shot was coming and could easily have put it behind his back (like John Terry / Gary Cahill used to do)I think that's a nailed on pen personally. Ball's travelled a decent distance and he's blocked the shot with his arm, having your arm by your side doesn't give you licence to lean into the ball and block it.
