Referee in no nonsense mood here!

Second yellow, could you justify careless rather than reckless?

Referee had the yellow card out, but swapped for violent conduct Red cards, could you justify AA, will an appeal be successful?

Hard to see the point of contact on the first foul, but assuming it's not too sinister, I think a stern warning / reminder he's already on a caution would be sufficient.

With regards to the second, I think he's swayed by the huge pile in that occurs. The thing I hate most is that he holds the red card aloft and shows it to both players without lowering it in between. That might just be me though 😆

I think all three reds were justifiable perhaps due to the temperature of the game.

On the delivery of the last two reds without lowering the card it's a good point but its just about OK for me. The reason you lower the card is to avoid confusion. In this case the two players were in opposit directions and he had to turn a fair bit to show it to the second player. I don't think there was any confusion that two players were being red carded. Having said that lowering the card in between would have been a much better delivery.

Looks like it might be studs coming down onto the player's foot for the first clip, but difficult to tell from that clip alone. Think careless or reckless could be justified either way.

I'm really not seeing violent conduct by either player in the second clip though - AA for both for me.

For me, the first foul is careless, often referees get swept up in the moment when a player is already on a caution; a time to be strong.

I agree there's two cautions for adopting an aggressive attitude in the second clip. I did notice at one point in the clip both players seem to be holding each others shirt/upper body. Potentially the referee saw/thought they saw hands around the neck. Personally, I think, if you're going to dismiss both players, showing the card and getting on with it can be positive. However, if cautioning, I think it's best to really take your time with these flashpoints and take as long as possible to settle everyone, particularly in the last few minutes of a game.

For the first one I think he treads on his foot, that is never going to be a caution in England but they tend to be given in Europe. Second one I'm not seeing anywhere near enough for VC, two cautions seems the right approach, then probably a couple of others for the coming together.
