Obviously illegally downloading from sites such as utorrent, pirate bay, etc is piracy and, if caught, could result in a hefty sentence. I can't speak for utorrent bit piratebay definitely has it. Thankfully this scurrilous site has been closed down in the UK. Although some ne'er do wells have managed to circumvent this. A search on pirate bay proxy will identify such sites. Obviously Refchat members would not get involved on promoting such illegality.
