We need to see a link now...I’d say email the club and ask. I doubt they have to give it to you but I don’t see why they wouldn’t. My latest game went on YouTube so I didn’t have to ask but I wasn’t exactly thrilled![]()

When I get a minute....My latest game went on youtube with a 40 minute extended highlight video (not sure how they managed to find 40 minutes of highlights) - nearly 2 minutes of this were me very awkwardly standing around waiting for my watch to hit 3pm, because the players actually came out straight after the bell and we were all set and ready to go too soon, very awkward, and they decided it was worth putting all of that on their extended highlights(a link shall not be provided)
Come on, we need timings for incidents of note. Not even @Archer has time to sit through a 90 minute video! One thing I noticed watching this back was I have a tendency to either be too close to play or way too far away like a right plonker! That was given as my focus for development by my match day coach anyway so is something I’m working on!
No. He has important Forecast Fifties business to attend to.Come on, we need timings for incidents of note. Not even @Archer has time to sit through a 90 minute video!

Just skipped to the red for VC. Spot on with the end result and for the most part managed it wellMain potential incidents of note (and/or where I could do with some thoughts!):
From 34:56: bottled caution - didn't think it was SPA at the time then realised I should have cautioned - ARs in agreement
From 1:04:09: Violent conduct resulting in a red card and a caution for the other involved player for his reaction to keep control and also to even things up (excuse my funny run in, I look a bit odd there!)
From 1:17:05: easy caution for SPA
1:23:30: possible second caution for player booked in second mentioned incident above. Decided against it and now I think he should have had an early shower - possible SPA/reckless?. Thoughts? (You can actually tell from the footage that I was really thinking about it - my hand was almost in my pocket).
1:26:41 foul on keeper. Lino had a perfect view and advised no card at all, looking back I'm thinking I could have cautioned here. Thoughts again appreciated!

Thank you for that feedback. My MDC said the same so I know I could manage it better, and will do next time. Not had a situation like that before and it was my first OA middle so it was one of those where I sort of had to just try my best to get it right. It’ll come with experience I’m sure!Just skipped to the red for VC. Spot on with the end result and for the most part managed it well
But whilst taking the players name, tell everyone else to do one or move away yourself. On another day, another punch is swung and you’re getting part of it. Plus it looks like you’re taking their food order…….

Aye it’s not a criticism. You dealt with it far better than I’d imagine someone would in their first OA game. This is just polish to stand out amongst the pack.Thank you for that feedback. I'd also think about where you are facing during that situation, you've got your back to the majority of players on the pitch. Yes, you have ARs who should be watching, but if it kicks off elsewhere on the pitch you're the one that is going to have to leg it over there. I personally would walk the offender away, tell everyone else to stay where they are, and then spin so that you are facing the majority of the pitch and players.Thank you for that feedback. For me, this looks like a nailed-on caution. Incredibly reckless IMHO. You are in the superior position compared to your AR to decide on the necessary sanction and have a much better view so this call is yours all the way1:26:41 foul on keeper. The only reason I decided to listen to my AR is as he was directly facing the challenge and in line with it. In hindsight I really should have cautioned for it!For me, this looks like a nailed-on caution. Incredibly reckless IMHO. I wouldn’t have been listening to AR saying anything in that scenario. I wouldn’t have been best pleased at them flagging that far in.The only reason I decided to listen to my AR is as he was directly facing the challenge and in line with it. In hindsight I really should have cautioned for it!
Exactly, he is in no way credible to be flagging when the offence has occurred halfway through the width of the pitch. You have best proximity and credibility, just go with your gut. I wouldn’t have been best pleased at them flagging that far in.
