Just a thought, have you compared all 3 assessments and looked for any themes? Work on those and your refereeing will fly. the ability to constructively self criticise will help you enormously (& not just in refereeing)- that is not to say you should beat yourself up about every small decision. Looking at themes and working on those aspects will accelerate improvement.
When I started reffing, and to be honest until last marking season, I viewed myself as a footballer who reffed. A light bulb moment came when reading old assessments, it became clear much of my problem was with being 'matey' with players. Now I am a ref who once played and my officiating has improved massively, as have my scores in assessments.
