I doubt the appointments have been done yet, or even started, as the extra preliminary round is almost a month away.
If you have been nominated you have a reasonable chance of getting a line to a level 4, all comes down to where the games are and therefore who is needed in each region.

Just make sure you are on MOAS, though you should receive an email from MOAS Updates if you have received an appointment.
This round includes Step 5 and some Step 4 clubs. In your region Beverley, Bottesford, Grimsby Borough, North Ferriby and Tadcaster have home fixtures, but Barton, Bridlington and Pickering are away.
You should get an email from MOAS if you are appointed, similar to if you have been appointed to any fixtures in the Northern Counties East league. You can also check all published appointments on MOAS using the Fixture Search in the calendar, to see if they have been done yet or not (I can confirm at the time of writing they are not currently released).
No one on here can say what your overall chances of an appointment are, you just have to wait and see.
