A kick during KFTM is completed when the ball goes out of play, it stops moving, or the ref stops for an infringement. So for classic quiz writing strategy, you add the "NOT" and put in the 4th option.

If the ball hits the crossbar, bounces into the air towards the penalty spot and back spins into the goal, then you'd award the goal.
