i hadn’t tuned in to the change driving Q 2. I believe this is the first time the restart for any misconduct has been a DB. To me, that’s a strange choice.

Yeap. That one got me too. Prior to this new clause, I would have given IFK (stop play to issue a red card as part of law 12.2).
