Distance covered

I do indeed, i upgraded from a forerunner a couple of years ago.

I got the v800, its expensive, but i use it for running, cycling, and swimming as well as refereeing so i get my monies worth.

If youre just going to use it for refereeing then a cheaper garmin might do you ok.

I like both Polar and Garmin, i switched as the v800 is a bit smaller, and i fancied a break after 10 years of Garmin watches.

Have you tried the 4km interval run FIFA test (75 in 15secs, 20 secs rest for 25m x 40)?
I tried a few on the track to get a feel for the pace. Hard not to go too quick. I am dreading the feeling half way through. I haven't tried the whole thing yet. Our fitness tests are in a month.

@santa sangria did the new fitness test last night....tight enough the shorter runs are definitely harder than the longer distance...doesn't help when you have someone half your age beside you going this is easy :punch: Good luck with yours.
