Difference between L4 - L3

Hi All,

Just wondered peoples views on the biggest difference they have found going from being a Level 4 to then being promoted to Level 3. Similarly, do you have any things you put in place to help you during the transition and any advice on what to expect?

I would say that the difference between step 5 and step 4 is very minimal, but when you do a step 3 game you’ll notice it! It’s a lot faster, the players are a lot more talented.

The big positive is an order of magnitude difference in being able to rely on ARs. Affects optimum positioning as well as the obvious.

I would agree there is a much bigger difference between good step 3 and average step 4 than between steps 4 & 5
