Would it not be an IDFK because the 2nd player takes the corner and then touches the ball a second time?

When is the ball in play?
For the ball to be in play it must be stationary, in the corner arc and be kicked and clearly move.

I've bolded the bits that are important here. As the ball was never stationary, in the corner arc, before it was kicked and clearly moved the ball is not in play.

Therefore playing the ball a second time is impossible, as this can only happen when the ball is in play, which I hope I've explained, was not the case.

In which case a double touch offence is the outcome.
I've just looked back again and it does look close and more like it is in when player two plays it. For some reason I had it leaving the arc and player two taking it from there as if it had been taken.
