Plenty of threads are closed because people don't want to agree with a certain 5 or 6 people on here.

No they aren't, they are closed because people break the forum rules. Almost every thread that is closed is off the back of a post being reported. Might be a few more locked as they've had a flurry of reports today, and it is the usual suspects being reported.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but when they refuse to accept that anyone else's opinion might be valid it results in arguments and that in turn results in threads being locked.

Yes, many of the reports against moderator's are generally frivolous, though.

If you don't like how the forum is moderated, posting here is a choice (until it isn't!).

I'm sorry but this is just untrue. If you have a grievance with anyone then I suggest you take it up with the owner of the site directly (in case you don't know that's @Ross).
