The Ref Stop
Yes I think so, the attacker is turning towards the other defender so I'm not sure he gets a shot away unchallenged

Im not convinced the strikers getting a shot away with other defender so close (plus he slightly loses control) but can see why red shown.
In same match this penalty was parried and the encroaching birmingham defender cleared the ball. Spotting that in real time is really hard, could ref positioning be better to help that? (no VAR obviously)

I'm not trying to be difficult but for those who have said red, why?

The attacker is almost jogging when he is near the ball as the pass through has lost all its pace on it, how can you say that an OGSO is imminent? The other defender is around a yard away, awaiting the attackers touch to intercept it, I accept he is behind the play by around a yard as well but after watching about 100 times I have only come to the conclusion and acceptance of DOGSO once
