Back to back to back games, any tips?

I think consistently doing 3 games a day is a benefit. To start with it may be difficult but in time you will gain benefits in the way of fitness. I usually play and do two 11v11 games on a Sunday and my fitness has massively improved since I started

Australia, even in the middle of winter the sun can have a bit of heat to it, and I could be doing up to 5 matches a day (combo of juniors/O35, lines/middles). I'd wear sunscreen and a hat (anything to reduce the impact of the Sun, I figure that pays off over the course of the day).

Aint that the truth. Last few games I've done I'd be more concerned about drowning with the amount of rain rather than any worries about the sunshine!
