I'm wondering if anyone else gets this..
Whenever I run, after the first say 10 minutes, I start to feel a dull ache at the base of my spine. This then develops and becomes rather strong to the point I have to stop running. If I can find a right sized wall, I stand against it and lean backwards for a couple of minutes and it feels great and I can carry on running! It feels like a compression pain but no matter how much I stretch at the start it comes back!
Any suggestions on what it is or how to fix it would be much appreciated.
